When you request a booking or contact Brut Customs, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, service location, vehicle year/make/model, requested service, appointment information, notes, selected add-ons, travel information, and vehicle photos you choose to upload.

We use personal information to review booking requests, prepare quotes, schedule and deliver services, calculate travel fees, communicate about appointments, send reminders, invoices and receipts, keep customer and accounting records, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the website.

Photos submitted with a booking are used to assess the vehicle and prepare an accurate quote. Booking photos are private by default. Brut Customs will not publish booking photos for advertising, social media or the public Before/After gallery without the customer’s permission.

Brut Customs does not sell or rent customer personal information. Information may be processed by providers used to operate the business, such as website hosting, cloud storage, email delivery and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable business, accounting, tax, legal or dispute-resolution requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no Internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion when we no longer need to retain the information. Some information may need to be kept for legal, accounting or business-record purposes.
