Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not guarantee an appointment. A booking is confirmed only after Brut Customs reviews and accepts it. Requested times may become unavailable before confirmation.

2. Pricing and quotes

Website prices are starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing may depend on vehicle size and condition, contamination, stains, pet hair, salt/calcium buildup, selected add-ons, travel distance and the work required. Brut Customs will provide or confirm the final price before the job is completed.

3. Mobile service requirements

Unless agreed otherwise in advance, the customer must provide safe and reasonable access to water and electrical power at the service location and enough space to work safely around the vehicle.

4. Travel fees

Travel charges are separate from the base service price. Standard travel fees are shown during booking when available. Locations outside the standard service area may require a custom travel quote.

5. Vehicle condition and personal property

Customers should remove valuables and unnecessary personal belongings before the appointment and disclose known damage, loose trim, malfunctioning electronics, fragile or aftermarket parts, paint defects, leaks or other conditions that may affect the work. Brut Customs is not responsible for ordinary deterioration, undisclosed pre-existing damage, or personal property left in the vehicle, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

6. Detailing results

Brut Customs will use reasonable care and professional methods, but some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, etching, paint defects, corrosion or other damage may not be completely removable. No specific cosmetic result is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when possible to cancel or reschedule. Any deposit, cancellation or refund rules shown before payment will form part of the booking terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights that a consumer has under applicable Quebec law.

8. Weather and unsafe conditions

Mobile appointments may be delayed or rescheduled because of rain, severe weather, unsafe temperatures, unsafe work areas, water/power problems or other conditions that prevent the service from being performed safely or properly.

9. Photos and marketing

Photos submitted for a booking are used for assessment and are not automatically authorized for marketing. Brut Customs may ask for separate permission to use before/after or completed-work photos on its website, portfolio or social media.

10. Consumer rights and governing law

These terms are intended to operate alongside, not replace, mandatory consumer rights. Quebec and Canadian laws that apply to the service remain in effect. Any provision that conflicts with a mandatory legal right will apply only to the extent permitted by law.
